By accessing or using Shela Connect, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must provide accurate information, keep control of the phone number and device used for your account, and promptly update information that changes. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You may not impersonate another person or create an account for unlawful or deceptive purposes.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You retain ownership of your content, while granting BigBit Infotech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You may not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, dangerous, infringing, or spam activity. Do not violate another person's privacy, publish their personal information without permission, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security, scrape data, or misuse another user's account. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited under our Child Safety Standards.

Shela Connect helps users discover and contact residents, providers, businesses, employers, organizers, donors, drivers, and other community members. BigBit Infotech is not a party to arrangements or transactions between users. You should independently verify identities, qualifications, goods, services, prices, locations, payment requests, and safety before acting.

Community information, including Blood Connect, carpool, sports, and service listings, is not professional medical, emergency, transportation, employment, or legal advice. Do not rely on the service in place of qualified professionals or emergency services.

We may review, restrict, reject, remove, or restore content and may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe these terms, community safety, third-party rights, or applicable law may be affected. Users may report content or request further review by contacting us.

The service may contain content, links, contact details, or services provided by users or third parties. We do not control or endorse all such material and are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, conduct, products, services, or policies.

Shela Connect's software, design, branding, logos, and original materials are owned by or licensed to BigBit Infotech. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. They do not permit you to copy, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may release updates needed for security, compatibility, or operation. The service may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. We do not guarantee that every feature or item of community information will always be available, complete, or accurate.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BigBit Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from user content, third-party conduct, transactions, inaccurate information, unauthorized access, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service or delete your account as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, unlawful conduct, security risks, or harm to users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts competent under applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
