Delete your Shela Connect account

1. Open Shela Connect and sign in.
2. Open Settings from the avatar button on the home screen.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Review the data-removal warning and choose Delete permanently.

Your resident profile, phone-linked app account, posts, replies, classifieds, groups you own, events, adoptions, uploaded photos, notification preferences, registered push devices, reports, and block relationships are removed. Business listings may remain as public directory records but will no longer be linked to your ownership.

Limited information may be retained where required by law, needed to resolve a dispute, or necessary to prevent fraud and abuse. Backups are removed according to infrastructure retention cycles.

Email shelaconnectapp@gmail.com from a reachable address and include the phone number attached to the account. We will verify ownership before processing the request.
